Privacy Statement

Protecting your privacy is important to BizRTC, LLC (BizRTC). We strive to keep your information confidential. By ensuring that you are aware of and understand this Privacy Statement, we can provide you with better service. The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform you about the types of information we gather when you download and use BizRTC’suMobility and/or Multiline Client Mobile (MLC) applications, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of that information.

Scope

This Privacy Statement covers only data collected through BizRTC’s uMobility and MLC applications.

Information You Submit

You will not be submitting any information to us through BIZRTC’s uMobility and MLC applications.

Information We Collect

To provide authentication of VoIP service, we provide the SIP username and SIP password which are sent to the BIZRTC voice server for VoIP service along with Site-Tag to verify the system port for authentication and capability. The mobile devices OS type, device type (model) and OS version are sent to the cloud provisioning server. This information is not shared with any third party outside of BIZRTC and its affiliates’s contractors supporting this service. The data is maintained until another uMobility and/or MLC registers with the same credentials, or the license is no longer available.

Personal Information

We do not ask you to share nor do we collect any personal information.
